As founder of Lasnik-Broida Consultants, Inc., Elaine brings more than 20 years of compensation and performance managements experience to serve client needs. She facilitates the design and implementation of variable compensation, performance management, and recognition programs that reinforce clients' business strategies and priorities.
While her experience crosses industries, Elaine consults extensively with health care organizations, grant-making foundations, and other non-profits. She established the Foundation Administrators of California, a statewide networking group of major grant makers, as a forum for sharing best practices.
Elaine holds a master of business administration degree in Management from the University of Southern California and a Professional Designation of Personnel Management from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is an active member of WorldatWork and the Employers Group, and currently serves on the Board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles and the Inland Empire, the Board of Trustees for New Roads School, and the President's Council of the National Breast Cancer Coalition. In addition, Elaine and her family support numerous philanthropic endeavours.
