Mary Ann is Partner, Center for Board Governance at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles. She has nearly 30 years of tax and business consulting experience, serving multinational corporate clients in a variety of industries. She also serves on the company's U.S. Board of Directors and recently completed a term on its Global Board of Partners.
In 2005, Mary Ann was a nominee in the Los Angeles Business Journal's "Women Making a Difference" list, which celebrates local inspirational women business leaders.
Among her community affiliations, Mary Ann is a member of Junior Achievement of Southern California Board; United Way of Greater Los Angeles, participating in the 2007 National Volunteer Week and 2006 Steering Committee of the Women Leaders Summit; and University of Southern California Leventhal School of Accounting Advisory Board. She also serves on the Baylor University Hankamer School of Business Advisory Board. She and Malcolm are members of the American Red Cross of Greater Los Angeles McCoy Legacy Society and Friends of Caltech Gift Planning Torchbearers, as well. Their philanthropy extends to the Hankamer School of Business (2006).
