Susan is a Managing Director and Private Banker in Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management's Los Angeles office, where she serves ultra-high-net-worth clients, with an emphasis on real estate entrepreneurs and financial sponsors, as well as the technology and entertainment industries.
Susan has more than 22 years of financial services and commercial real estate experience. Before joining Deutsche Bank in 2007, she was a Managing Director and Relationship Manager at Citigroup Private Bank in Los Angeles. While at Citigroup's real estate division, she was a portfolio manager of distressed commercial real estate debt on the West Coast and in Mexico. She restructured more than $1 billion of real estate debt utilizing the CMBS market, debt restructures, and loan sales to investors. Prior to that endeavor, Susan was the President of Ninth Square Association, where she co-managed the development of a $124-million real estate venture in downtown New Haven, Connecticut. The Yale Endowment participated in Ninth Square investment by purchasing $50 million in Connecticut Housing and Finance Authority Bonds.
In addition to a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College, Susan holds a Master's in Business Administration in finance and marketing from UCLA.
